Educator guide >> Working with Evaluation Reports
January 1, 2012 Evaluation Report updates
What's new with Evaluation Reports?
- The new evaluation report format applies only to new evaluation reports. Existing evaluation reports are unchanged.
- Aggressive formatting cleanup has been turned on. This eliminates most formatting issues caused by the browser but it also means if formatting is added that the editor does not understand it will be removed upon save. We recommend:
- Save after any formatting changes.
- Save after copying and pasting from any other source.
- The page break button (to the left of the spell check button) will now work in most cases as long as it placed on a new line outside formatted areas. It may be automatically removed if it is placed within formatted areas.
- Sections can now be reordered.
- Sections can now be deleted.
- The Template selection has been simplified.
- Redundant instructional text within the report has been removed.
- "Textmode" is no longer available.
- If the preference "Show team member signatures for all evaluation reports" is checked the "Agreement with conclusions" boxes will only appear for students qualifying under specific learning disability or a team override.
Simply powerful special education software.
