Overview
MA Forms in an inexpensive batch third party billing system for school districts which eliminates the need for third party billing agencies and their per claim fees. The program also includes all of the forms service providers must complete in order for your district to bill "expedited" state health organizations and HIPAA EDI 837 health care claims. MA Forms can also electronically receive and process HIPAA EDI 835 health care claim payments. In response to your requests, MA Forms are now available as an add-on feature for SpEd Forms IE.

Process
Like all SpEd Forms software, MA Forms is easy to use. Special Education professionals can easily enter data and printout completed forms. Experienced computer users are able to use MA Forms immediately and computer novices can successfully use the program after a brief orientation.
