MA Forms - Create Batch files and Reports
Student Setup - It is neccessary to correctly setup each student's information. If any information is missing, DHS will deny your claims.
Create and Edit Batch Files - Selecting claims that will be used to generate the DHS compliant X12 Batch file.
Preview Claims - Double check to make sure you are sending the proper claims and that all pertinent information is included.
Reconciliation Report - Print out a report showing the total amount logged, billed and paid for the values matching your search criteria.

MA Forms - incomplete information warnings
Student Setup - Incomplete information will be shown in red. You can also bring up this screen when you are on the Create or Preview Claims menus (below).
Create and Edit Batch Files - MA Forms shows you when information (needed for making the batch file) is missing.
Preview Claims - While double checking your information, this screenshot shows that the pertinent information is still missing.
