Record Retrieval Service
Sometimes student records are accidentally deleted or destroyed. No worries! SpEd Forms maintains complete backup sets that can be utilized to restore individual student records. The cost of record retrieval from a single backup is $195 for the first student, plus $25 for each additional student.
1. Only the complete record can be restored (not parts of a record).
2. A school purchase order is needed prior to record retrieval.
3. Medical records are not restored.
Data Imports and Exports
Custom data imports can be setup to import data into SpEd Forms from most school information systems. There is an initial $595 cost for setting up a data import* and ta $200 per year cost thereafter to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of the import process.
SpEd Forms currently imports student specific and parent/guardian contact information from the following student information systems: Infinite Campus, JMC, Powerschool, Skyward and Synergy.
Custom data sets can be exported from SpEd Forms and delivered to schools in most common data formats (e.g., CSV, TSV, etc.) for uploading into their school information systems. There is an initial $595 cost for setting up a data export* and a $200 per year cost thereafter to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of the export process.
Manual import and export runs
Data imports and exports can be run manually in cases of extreme need. The cost for doing a manual run for a district is $195. Please submit a support request for a manual run.
* Should the district change student information systems, the one-time set-up fees will be charged to set up imports and exports with the new system.
