09/11/06: Free SpEd Forms Support Groups 2006-07

In addition to free online and telephone support for registered SpEd Forms Technical Contacts and special education administrators, SpEd Forms will be offering free support groups throughout Minnesota during the 2006-07 school year. Each support group will be an open question and answer forum for users of SpEd Forms facilitated by Shane Dennis, the lead programmer of SpEd Forms since 1996.

There will be no set agenda for each support group, so registrants will be free to come and go as their schedule permits. Each support group is limited to twenty attendees, with a maximum of two attendees per school district or one attendee per charter school. To register, simply choose your preferred location, and then mail, fax or email the registration form to SpEd Forms.

--Administrator Support Group--
(8:30am - 11:30am)
Limited to 20 attendees
If you have “super” or district level administrative access to SpEd Forms then this support group is for you. We will encourage questions and discussion of permissions, reporting, troubleshooting, data import/export and the support of teachers using SpEd Forms.

--Teacher Support Group--
(1:00pm - 4:00pm)
Limited to 20 attendees
If you use SpEd Forms to create and share IEPs then this support group is for you. We will encourage questions and discussion of common user issues involving creating, sharing and printing student records.
