New recommended due process forms

The Department of Education has released draft versions of new recommended due process forms. They can be found on the Department of Education web site at:

We are currently in the process of revising SpEd Forms and expect an update with the new forms to be uploaded to our servers before the end of November. After the update has been uploaded, the old forms will no longer be available for editing. If your teachers wish to maintain exact copies of old state recommended forms in SpEd Forms for future reference, they must be validated and archived.

The state minimum IEP has changed substantially, effecting changes to the SpEd Forms Expanded IEP. We will send a complete list of changes via this email notification system at least two weeks before the update is installed.
