9/10/07 Student sharing report

Available to any SpEd Forms administrator, the “Student sharing” report can be used to centrally manage student sharing for students. Using the report administrators can assign users “case manager”, “edit” or “read only” access to an individual student or a group of students.

To use the “Student sharing” report, navigate to the administration menu then:

1. Click “Reports”.
2. Click “Student sharing”.
3. Find student(s).
4. Choose the user to which the students will be shared.
5. For each student, select the type of access to be assigned to the     user.
6. Click on the “Share” button to finalize the changes.
