2/11/08 Recent improvements

Please find a summary of improvements to SpEd Forms following. The improvements have been posted to all SpEd Forms servers.

General:

1. More drop down navigation menus have added to simplify navigation. The menus have been renamed from "Jump to…" to "Go to…". [MN/CA]

2. A CSS navigation menu has been attached to every student in "Work with Students". [MN/CA]

3. When a new student is created, or an existing student is modified, a warning message will appear if the student id does not appear to be a valid MARSS/CSIS id. [MN/CA]

4. The students name appears on the shared events on the calendar. [MN/CA]

Evaluation Report:

1. Several SpEd Forms Evaluation Report Test Templates have been updated.

Service Plans:

1. The Prior Written Notice and Notice of Team Meeting language changes appropriately when an ISP is selected. [MN]

2. A supervisor id has been added to all services pages so district can document who is supervising the provider. [MN]

Administrative:

1. A CSS navigation menu has been attached to every student in "Student list". [MN/CA]

2. Seamless navigation between SpEd Forms and spedforms.com has been added. [MN/CA]

3. Two new super administrative preferences have been added:

  a. "Only allow case managers to modify student setup". [MN/CA]

  b. "Only allow case managers to create new evaluation reports". [MN/CA]
