8/11/08 SLD criteria updated

The SLD evaluation criteria templates were updated yesterday to reflect rule 3525.1341.

Please note, these changes are based on our understanding of rule 3525.1341. There is ongoing dialogue between the MDE and special education directors regarding 3525.1341 which may lead to further changes in the SpEd Forms SLD criteria templates.

Please also note, the "Additional Requirements for SLD" preamble to the evaluation report has been removed for students where SLD is not indicated on the evaluation report signatures page.
