4. The name of the drop down list now appears on the print page when a list is printed from the "Edit Drop Down List" page.

5. A new option has been added to administrative "Preferences" that will "Allow educators to permanently delete histories less than one month old". When this is checked, users will only be able to permanently delete histories that are less than one month old.

6. Administrative "Preferences" have been added to allow users to pickup (reassign) inactive and/or general education students when they use the "Find/Request Student" feature on the "Work with students" page. When "Allow educators to pickup general ed. students" is checked, users will be allowed to pickup those students and when "Allow educators to pickup inactive students" is checked, users can pickup inactive students.

7. In the "Filters" section of the Custom Reports interface, separate distinctions have been provided for "is null", "is not null", "is empty" and "is not empty".

8. A checkbox has been added to the "add" and "modify" interface of the "Users" page that gives administrators the ability to allow or not allow specific users to create finalizations. If "Allow finalizations" is unchecked, users will be able to validate any service plan but they will not be able to finalize that service plan.

4. Since service descriptions can be changed in the "Services setup", report results will now be obtained by the service code/modifier.

5. The eligibility (270/271) process will now update the MHCP number if one is sent back from the state regardless if a MHCP number was sent in the original eligibility transmission (270). The eligibility response (271) now displays a message for each student based on how data was retrieved and updated to further assist the administrator with what steps need to be taken.

6. When using the "Import claims response (835)" or the "Match claims response to claims transmission" window, "Ignore red claims" has been relabeled to "Ignore red (paid) claims" and this is the default choice. If "Ignore red (paid) claims" is chosen, then paid claims will not be updated.

7. An issue has been resolved where a Super MA Billing Clerk could potentially "Save selections" on the "Create/edit claims transmission (837)" page (in several different districts) and then have all those selections appear on the current batch if a batch was created immediately after making those selections.

8. The "Service minutes and groups" report has been updated to allow users the option of using the "Save to file" feature.
