New IFSP

The new IFSP has been posted on the 2008-09 form menu. The old IFSP will remain accessible via the 2007-08 form menu. The new IFSP is based on the new state recommended document released by the Department of Education at the end of May. This is the first update of the IFSP in more than ten years and is anticipated by teachers.

Finalization of the new IFSP has been delayed until the end of July to provide a window for review and feedback. Since this is a state recommended form, the content cannot be changed, but programming adjustments can be made to make completing the form easier.

The new IFSP is significantly different from the old IFSP. Where possible data transfers from the old IFSP to the new IFSP, however, due to the comprehensive nature of the changes a significant amount of data can not be transferred from the old IFSP.
