Recent Improvements

Administrators:

1. For drop down menus, administrators may now choose to display district defined drop down menus, SpEd Forms defined drop down menus or both. Commonly customized drop down menus have been assigned as district defined, the remainder have been assigned as SpEd Forms defined.

2. "Do not allow case managers to view/share medical records" option has been added. If this box is checked, administrators can still make changes to MA access through "Student Sharing" or through the "Student sharing report".

3. "Disable user" option has been added.

4. More administrative navigational options have been added to the "Go to..." menu.

Service Plans (IEP, IIIP, ISP, IFSP & Amendments):

1. Validation and finalization has been added for the new IFSP.

Prior Written Notice & associated forms:

1. On the "Prior Written Notice", the drop down menu has been updated under: "Description of each evaluation procedure, test, record, or report the district used as a basis for the proposed action or for refusing the requested action".

2. On the Spanish version of the "Parental Consent/Objection" form, the phrase: "con las pruebas" (which means "with more testing") has been corrected/eliminated.

Additional Forms:

1. On the "Referral for Screening/Evaluation Birth to Age 3", the name of the language will now be displayed next to "Home language".

2. "OPTIONAL - Other options suggested by the District:" has been added to the "Prior Written Notice Withdrawal of Consent".

General:

1. In the "Go to..." menu, "Work with students" has been changed to "Select another student".
