MA Forms 101 workshop:

For coordinators new to SpEd Forms or needing a refresher, who want a jump start using SpEd Forms to expedite third party billing.
- Setting up districts on MA Forms
- Setting up services on MA Forms
- Setting up students on MA Forms
- Creating the 837 batch file
- Submitting your batch file to MN-ITS
- Importing your 835 response file to MA Forms
Registrants should bring their SpEd Forms server address, administrator level user name and password.

Seasoned coordinator workshop:

For coordinators who want to review and learn more on how MA Forms can help you speed up MA billing.

Who is Tonia Czech? Tonia is the SpEd Forms MA Forms support specialist. Tonia works half-time for SpEd Forms and half-time for the Pipestone Special Education Cooperative where she is the third party billing coordinator for fifteen area school districts.
