Recent Improvements

Administrators:

1. "Forms in PDF format" have been updated.

2. Two new default custom reports have been provided (also available to teachers). They are "Students with qualified teachers" and "Students without qualified teachers". These reports find students with/without teachers holding credentials for their disability category.

3. A checkbox for "Accept student transfers" has been added to the Educators (Users) add/modify page.

4. Updates have been made to the "Student sharing" report. Administrators can now select all checkboxes in a specific column (all "Remove" checkboxes or all "Edit" checkboxes, for example).

5. Form letter templates can now be created and shared with teachers. Form letter templates can be added in "Admin Organization".

MA Forms:

1. The Annual rates reporting form has been updated to include "Interpreter Services".

2. The eligibility file import now reports more information about eligibility denials and orders the results by student.

Service Plans:

1. On the "Transition planning" page of the 2008/09 IFSP, the standard fields in the "FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY" box are now unique to the IFSP.

Prior Written Notice & associated forms:

1. On the (2008/09) "Prior Written Notice: Withdrawal of Consent", a new textbox has been added for "OPTIONAL - Other options suggested by the District".

Additional Forms:

1. All "Procedural Safeguards Notice" forms have been updated.

2. The "Blank Pages/Additional Information" page has been renamed to "Form letters/Additional Pages". Form letter templates can be shared with teachers.

General:

1. A new method for choosing the "Resident District" has been implemented for all forms.

2. A "MARSS" tab has been added to the Forms Menu.

3. For new students, the "Serving district" and "Resident district" will be defaulted to that of the user that is adding the student.

4. The "If you have questions, please contact..." fields have been updated so that they will be more consistent with one another.

5. An "RTI Program" checkbox has been added to the student's "Edit Setup" page.
