Solutions to most of the problems you encounter with ER Forms can be found on this web site.

Download the latest templates and tests for ER Forms.

Instructions:
WARNING: If you have customized the ER templates your customizations will be overwritten by theese new ER templates.

  1. If ER Forms is open, close the program.
  2. Download the latest template and test files here:
    Macintosh
    Windows
  3. The files will be encoded in a internet-friendly format when you download them. If you are using Windows you can double-click on the download file to decode the update files. If you are using a Mac OS computer your computer may automatically decode the files for you. Otherwise you will need Stuffit Expander available from Alladin Systems to unpack the files.
  4. Three files will be decoded. They will be named templates.usr, tests.usr and criteria.usr.
  5. Copy these three files into your ER Forms folder.
  6. Next time you open ER Forms the new templates, tests and criteria will automatically be available.
