Judd has been a member of our Forms Committee since 2014. He serves as a voice representing Northwest Minnesota.
Judd has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Special Education from St. Cloud State University and his administrative training from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Judd started his teaching career at a residential facility in Larkspur, Colorado working with inner-city kids from Denver. He and his family then moved to the Big Island of Hawaii after graduate school and taught at Konawaena High School. Judd returned to Minnesota and taught nine years in Roseau, MN as a Teacher and Technology Coordinator. He taught two years in Fisher, MN and two years at the Area Special Education Coop (ASEC) in East Grand Forks, MN while his wife pursued her physician training at UND. His next stop was teaching at a middle school in Roanoke, Virginia for five years. Judd returned to Roseau High School for four years and is currently an Assistant Director of Special Education at the Area Special Education Coop in East Grand Forks, MN. He is a Licensed Special Education teacher and Special Education Director.
