Pauline has been a member of the Forms Committee since 2013. She serves as a voice representing central Minnesota.
Pauline started her career as a physical education and health teacher after receiving a bachelor’s degree at Gustavus Adolphus College. A long term substitute position working with students with disabilities prompted her to pursue a license in special education from St. Cloud State University. Further graduate work at St. Cloud State University resulted in a Master’s degree in administration and a Director of Special Education license.
Pauline started her teaching career as a PE/Health teacher in Stanly-Boyd, Wisconsin. She returned to Minnesota and held similar positions in Buffalo, St. Francis and Mora. After receiving her SLD license, she taught special education in Mora for 10 years. Pauline was hired as a coordinator at the Rum River Special Education Cooperative and in 2008, she began serving as the Director of Special Education for the same organization. The Rum River Special Education Cooperative provides services to seven school districts in central Minnesota.
Pauline is married and has a son who has recently returned to Minnesota after living in Alaska for six years. Pauline and her husband enjoy traveling. When Pauline is not at work you can usually find her involved in some kind of physical activity. She enjoys running, TRX and boot camp classes, stand-up paddle boarding, biking, and playing tennis.
