Whether you are using SpEd Forms for the first time or are a veteran super administrator, we have training available for you.
SpEd Forms: Initial Staff Training
This 4 hour training is designed to provide special education instructional and related services staff the information needed to begin using SpEd Forms.
SpEd Forms: Advanced Staff Training
This 4 hour training targets the needs of experienced SpEd Forms users who want to learn to fully utilize the advanced features built that are built into SpEd Forms. Training is conducted in an open atmosphere that encourages discussion and asking questions. This training can be customized to address the unique needs of ECSE teams, K-12 staff, PreK-12 staff or related services staff.
SpEd Forms: Train the Trainer
This full day (8 hour) training is designed for special education instructional and related services staff who will train their colleagues to use SpEd Forms, and/or be a building-level SpEd Forms resource person. In addition to the topics covered in the Initial and Advanced staff trainings, participants will learn common trouble-shooting strategies.
SpEd Forms: Administrator Training
This 4 hour training targets the needs of the District SpEd Forms Super Administrator and others who have District-level Administrator accounts. Training covers the key administrative features that are built into SpEd Forms within an open atmosphere that encourages discussion and asking questions.
ECSE Data Reporting Training
This 2 to 4 hour training provides the information that instructional staff, related services providers and office support staff need to use SpEd Forms to report attendance, membership, and special education service hour data for students who receive ECSE services.
MA Forms: Billing Coordinator Training
This 8 hour training provides all the information needed to set up, electronically submit and monitor the status of reimbursement claims to DHS using MA Forms. Participants are also trained on the service documentation requirements so that they can train the service providers in their schools to accurately complete Activity Logs.
504 Forms Training
This 3 hour training is designed to give the District 504 Coordinator and building-level 504 Coordinators the information they need to use the forms and features built into 504 Forms.
SpEd Forms offerers online training for those staff who are unable to attend an in-person training, or for newly hired staff who are unfamiliar with SpEd Forms. WebEx is an online meeting environment where participants view the presenter’s screen as they demonstrate SpEd Forms, can hear the trainer explain what is occurring on the screen, and participants can ask questions . Attendees will be emailed a link and log in instructions. Visit the WebEx website for more information.

– $595 for half-day (4 hours or less) trainings
– $995 for full-day (5 hours or more) trainings, including two 4 hour trainings.
